Air Handling Units

The CC has a high performance casing with a unique design meeting stringent thermal

performance and hygiene demands. As standard, the CC unit meets the Eurovent T2, TB2 classification. The CC unit covers an airflow range from 2 000 to 70 000 m3/h (0.5 to 20 m3/s) as standard and up to 250 000 m3/h (70 m3/s) on special request.

The functionality in the CC range includes a full range of heat recovery systems as well as the usual HVAC functionality. With the heat recovery systems and our range of high efficiency fans we are able to offer solutions with a low cost of operation while also reducing the energy consumption and the impact on the environment.

The modular design allows you to configure the components in the way you need so that you can find the optimal use of space while fulfilling the technical requirements on air quality. The units are configured and accurately calculated in our Internet based configuration system Acon; which is Eurovent certified

Fan Coil Units

Fan Coil Units from Takyeef Factory LLC are available for installation in apartments, single or multi-room offices, schools, clinics, etc. Fan Coil Units from Takyeef Factory LLC are low noise, 3-speed units and available in varied configurations with many options and accessories. Deliveries on Fan Coil Units are very fast and reliable. Fan Coil Units are available in two different series, Hi-Static FCU (Standard and District Cooling) and Low-Static FCU (Standard and District Cooling). These are also available with EC motors.

Packaged Units

Packaged Units are available in the range from 3Tr to 137 Tr Nominal Capacity with below General features:

• Operating up to 520 C ambient temperature as per T3 specification
• Available in R410a
• Easy maintenance as access is provided for all the operating items
• Operating at low noise and vibration level.
• Heavy duty Condenser and Evaporator coil with Long life maintenance free operation. Built with heavy-gauge sheet metal for durability and low leakage rates.
• Easily accessible sight glass at the refrigeration circuits, Indicates the proper refrigerant charge and operation.
• Construction is specifically designed for gulf region climates.
• Evaporator section has 6 mm thick, closed cell rubber type with insulation.
• Evaporator fan motor is of 3 speed factory wired to the connector.

Condensing Units

CU series Air cooled condensing unit are designed for the use on systems with indoor units connected to remote condensing units located outside either on ground or on roof level. CU units are manufactured to meet the requirements of the gulf severe climatic conditions.

CU Series Air Cooled Condensing unit are ideal for warehouses, large halls, schools, mosques, or wherever the requirement calls for a heavy duty unit with a scroll hermetic OR Semi Hermetic compressor. CU series Air Cooled Condensing units are used for commercial and industrial Applications where high efficient condensing units are needed to match an indoor central station AHUs or coils to get maximum performance advantages of split system with reasonable initial cost.

CU series provide efficient operation, wide range of design flexibility coupled with packaged concept requiring least on-site work. The complete CU Series condensing unit provides an extremely rugged, heavy duty, long-life and energy efficient that will provide higher efficiency over a long and extended life.

• High efficiency totally sealed hermetic scroll compressor or Semi Hermetic compressor with or without capacity unloaders to match the required load.
• Totally enclosed, Class F insulated, IP54 protected condenser fan motor.
• Heavy duty condenser optimized in design for long-life maintenance free operation.

• IP 54 Electrical panel.

Ducted Split Units

Ducted Split Unit are in the range from 1.5 Tr to 6 Tr Nominal Capacity with below general features :

• Operating up to 520 C ambient temperature as per T3 specification
• Easy maintenance as access is provided for all the operating items.
• Operating at low noise and vibration level.
• Indoor unit has 6 mm thick, closed cell rubber type with insulation.
• Evaporator fan motor is of 3 speed factory wired to the connector
• Evaporator Fans are direct driven
• Expansion device is orifice as a standard, Expansion valve is an option.
• Power supply for models up to 2.5 ton is 230V/50HZ/1 phase and 400V/50HZ/3phase for all other models
